Use this form to request deletion of your BMEs account and associated personal data. You do not need to install the app or sign in to submit a request.

What happens next

  1. Submit the email address associated with your BMEs account.
  2. Our team contacts that address to verify ownership and confirm the expected completion date.
  3. After verification, we process removal of your account and associated personal data and confirm completion by email.

Deletion covers your personal profile, sign-in association, notification-device registrations and personal data in your submitted content. Any records that must be retained for legal, dispute-resolution or security purposes will be explained when we respond. For company accounts or shared requests, we may need to separate your personal information from records belonging to other users.

Submitting this form starts a manual deletion request. It does not immediately delete your account or close another person's account. We will never ask for your password.

We use this information to process your request as described in our privacy policy. Do not include passwords or patient information.
